For critical applications where air quality is paramount, the CD 2-32 range of heatless adsorption air dryers provides the perfect solution.
The outstanding installation flexibility of the CD 2-32 range ensures that, regardless of the application, there is no solution more convenient. Perfect for both point-of-use and regular compressor room installations, these small units deliver a high performance with minimal maintenance.
The principle of the heatless desiccant dryers (reactivation by purge air) is based on the physical property of the desiccant to adsorb and desorb water vapor. The dryer consists of two drying towers, one of which is in drying service while the other is under reactivation treatment.
All dryers are manufactured in accordance with Atlas Copco's Quality and Environment Management System. This system complies fully with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. All Atlas Copco dryers are tested to perform under the most demanding conditions.

Reliable Air |
Atlas Copco offers a range of CD dryers, covering air capacities from 1.4 to 1050 l/s and available in 21 sizes with a pressure dewpoint from -20° to -40°C and -70°C as an option. CD dryers have a constant air pressure due to smooth pressurizing of the towers. Granular aluminium oxide is used for a low dewpoint and easy regeneration.

Atlas Copco engineered and manufactured AIRnet to reduce leakage. While the unique O-ring ensures an airtight fi t, the fi tting simply double-clicks to achieve perfect alignment. The clinch ring is prevented from rotating, further protecting the aluminium tube from damages. |

EWD AUTO DRAIN SERIES

The range of EWD electronically controlled condensate drains is synonymous with safe, dependable and economical condensate management.
The intelligent drain function monitors condensate build-up with liquid level sensors and evacuates the condensate only when necessary, thus avoiding wastage of compressed air and giving considerable energy savings.
The EWD drain device offers security and confidence, enabling you to solve all condensate discharge problems even with heavily contaminated systems.
A wide range of different EWD drains is available for oil contaminated condensate and may also be provided with additional hard coating for use with oil-free and aggressive condensate. |
